Components, Doors & Options Top Panel Fan Components Side Panels Cabtron offers several options for side panels to finish your enclosure requirements. Both styles of side panels are constructed of cold rolled steel and are fastened via threaded studs welded to the side panel sheet. These are then bolted through the openings in the struts on the cabinet sides Flat side panels are generally used when the panel is not going to be removed from the cabinet regularly. These offer the same protection against intrusion and equipment damage, and are more economical than the formed side panels. Both styles of side panels are available as louvered, externally removable, or both. Formed Side Panel Flat Side Panel Plain Top Panel Louvered Top Panel Top Panels Finish off your enclosure with one of our top panel options. We have three basic top panel options. Our plain top panels are recommended for sealing off the cabinet and to add protection from dust or moisture. If your application requires heat dissipation, we offer louvered top panels. For maximum air movement/cooling, use our top mounted panel fans which can be configured for either intake or exhaust. These 400 cfm fans are a great way to protect your valuable equipment from heat overload.   When ordering, please specify whether the door is to be hinged on the left, or right hand side of the frame.   Note: Cabtron's earlier DS style doors still available upon request. Contact your Cabtron Sales Representative or Cabtron direct for more information. Doors Cabtron’s cabinet doors offer added security and protection against the elements. All doors are constructed of prime cold rolled steel for durability and are finished in any one of Cabtron’s seven standard textured finishes. Our DSA series surface doors are mounted to the outside of the cabinet frame during the assembly process and allow full use of the mounting angles for equipment mounting. All Cabtron surface doors feature a continuous hinge which is bolted to the frame surface with 1/4-20 screws. Key lock is a standard feature. All louvered doors have two rows of 5’’ louvers on one inch centers and provide 1-1/4 square inch of ventillation per louver. Our DF series flush mount doors mount easily to the mounting angles in the front and rear of the cabinet. All Cabtron flush doors fit within the panel mounting area and feature a continuous hinge which is bolted to the frame mounting angles. The satin aluminum flush handle has a key lock as a standard feature. Because they use the rails for mounting, flush doors are most often used as rear doors. All louvered doors have two rows of 5” louvers on one inch centers and provide 1-1/4 square inch of ventillation per louver. Our DSAW window doors offer the distinctive DSA styling while allowing operators to view and monitor the equipment inside your rack through the plexiglass door. Made of Smoke Gray Plexiglass (No. 2064) within a steel frame. Other colors of plexiglass are available upon request. All DSAW doors come equipped with a lock as a standard feature. Louver option not available on the DSAW doors. DSA Door Front Plain DSA Door Back DSAW Window Door All Cabtron frames are equipped with 4 mounting brackets, 2 MATS in front and 2 MAPs in rear. Options Panel and/or Equipment Mounting Brackets Additional Cabtron Mounting Brackets May be mounted anywhere within the frame affording complete flexibility. Brackets are fabricated of 11 gauge Cold rolled steel and zinc plated. Choose from six different styles.   MAP .281 dia. holes on both legs MAT 10-32 tapped holes in one leg and .281 dia. holes in the other leg. MAF Flat mounting bracket with .281 dia. holes. MAR These brackets provide for the mounting of 19” and 23” panels (respectively) in a 24” wide cabinet. 10-32 tapped holes on the long leg and .281 dia. holes on the other leg. MAS  .385 sq. in one leg and .281 dia. holes in the other leg. XMA 10-32 tapped holes in one leg and .281 dia. holes in the other two legs.   All mounting holes are spaced on EIA pattern. Rack Mounted Blower Our rack mounted blowers provide 300 CFM of air movement in a 3 rack unit (5.25") space.
